Thrift Store & Donation Center

For volunteers (both individuals and families/small groups, with less than 5 people) who are able to come and serve regularly without needing an application. We do welcome volunteers under the age of 18, but they must be accompanied by a parent or adult while volunteering. All volunteers must be on the schedule to volunteer.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for scheduling.

By selling new and gently used clothing and household items to the community, the Thrift Store helps fund vital ministry programs and also offers training and work opportunities for program participants. Volunteers are needed throughout the week to sort, organize, and clean donations at the Thrift Store and Donation Center. Training is provided by Wheeler staff and retail experience is great, but not required. If interested, please email Bethany Alvis at volunteer@wmm.org with the following information:

Available volunteer hours range between 10:00AM-7:00PM, Monday through Saturday. We ask that no less than 2 hours scheduled at a time, no shifts available after 4PM.
